We are a small business. Our philosophy is simple. We want to help other small and medium sized business’ achieve their financial goals and therefore allow the business owners the opportunity of achieving their lifestyle goals.

We will use our expertise in the areas of Business Planning, Business Management and Taxation Planning to maximize the returns available from our client’s business and in return we expect to be paid a fair return for our services to enable us to employ good quality staff and achieve our lifestyle goals.

Ross is the Managing Director of the company. He is a member of the NZ Institute of Chartered Accountants and is the holder of a Certificate of Public Practice allowing the company to offer accounting services to the public. Ross has 30 years commercial experience including 20 years as a Chartered Accountant. He has served on various committees of the Institute, including branch and national committees as an elected representative.

Ross had 10 years as a partner in a middle tier international accounting firm in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, before spending 10 years in commerce via his family business. During his time in the international firm he fulfilled the role of National Director of Accounting Services for the firm. He was also a foundation Partner of an investment advisory arm of the firm which has become a large and extremely successful independent Investment advisory firm.

Ross’ clients range from companies with turnover in excess of $30m down to small companies in the initial stages of their life. His philosophy is that unless the basics of the business (including structures) are appropriate, the owners will never maximize the returns available. He is therefore very strong on getting the structures right at the start of the business’ life. He also places a strong emphasis on legitimate tax minimization and being a proactive business partner to his clients.
